The Ximenez-Fatio House grounds and Sarah Petty Anderson House may be rented from The National Society of The Colonial Dames of America in The State of Florida (NSCDA-FL) for appropriate uses by any individual, organization or corporation. Appropriate uses may include receptions, dinners, luncheons, weddings, wedding receptions, or teas.

All events include use of the Grounds. The Sarah Petty Anderson House (shown right) may be used for cake/flower storage/bridal dressing, etc. 

There will be 8 parking spaces available the day of the event to be shared by the event hosts (or wedding party) and vendors.

An authorized agent for Ximenez-Fatio House will be on the premises for the duration of the event.

Wedding for up to 20 people

Includes use of grounds for 1 hour
This is probably just enough time for the ceremony and a few pictures.

Wedding with more time for up to 30 people

Includes use of grounds for 3 hours which is approximately:

1 hr to set up chairs and decorations
1 hr for the cermony
1 hr to remove chairs, decorations
and to take some pictures

Wedding for up to 50 people

Includes use of grounds for 9 hours which is approximately:

2 hrs. for a rehearsal
3 hrs. to set up chairs, etc.
1 hr for ceremony
1 hr. for pictures
2 hrs. to break down chairs, etc.

This price also includes use of the Anderson House

Wedding for 51 to 200 people

Includes use of grounds for 10 hours which is approximately:

2 hrs. for a rehearsal
3 hrs. to set up chairs, etc.
1 hr for ceremony
1 hr. for pictures
3 hrs. to break down chairs, etc.

This price also includes use of the Anderson House

Reception Only (200 person maximum)

Includes use of grounds for 14 hours which is approximately:

5 hrs. to set up tents, chairs, tables, etc. and catering and/or band equipmentl
4 hrs. for event
5 hrs. to break down tent, chairs, tables, catering/band equipment

51 to 100 people

Wedding and Reception (70 person maximum)

Includes use of grounds for 14 hours which is approximately:

4 hrs. to set up tents, chairs, tables, etc. and catering and/or band equipment
1 hr. for ceremony
1 hr. for pictures
4 hrs. for reception
4 hrs. to break down tent, chairs, tables, catering/band equipment

Other fees: There is a $500 refundable damage deposit for all events that are $800 and over. A cleaning fee will be charged unless prior arrangements are made. The cleaning fee may vary depending upon the size of the function.
