| The Ximenez-Fatio House grounds and Sarah Petty Anderson House may be rented from The National Society of The Colonial Dames of America in The State of Florida (NSCDA-FL) for appropriate uses by any individual, organization or corporation. Appropriate uses may include receptions, dinners, luncheons, weddings, wedding receptions, or teas.
All events include use of the grounds. The Sarah Petty Anderson House (shown right) may be used for cake/flower storage/bridal dressing, etc.
There will be 8 parking spaces available the day of the event to be shared by the event hosts (or wedding party) and vendors.
An authorized agent for Ximenez-Fatio House will be on the premises for the duration of the event.

Other fees: There is a $500 refundable damage deposit for all events that are $800 and over. A cleaning fee will be charged unless prior arrangements are made. The cleaning fee may vary depending upon the size of the function.
